About the Painting
"Past Forward" explores the tension between memory and modernity. The dark, weathered village house anchors the piece in the nostalgia of the artist's childhood home. Above it, the night sky breaks into a sharp, contemporary geometric composition dominated by a stark white grid. This striking contrast juxtaposes the organic weight of the past against the calculated progression of the future, capturing a soul suspended between its origins and what lies ahead.
