The Birth of Blue Venus (After Botticelli) (100 x 100 cm)

₪0.00

This brilliant 2022 visual satire flips the Renaissance script by pairing a smurf-blue Venus with a pitch-black Neptune and an entirely black-faced supporting crew. Set against a calm ocean that looks remarkably like the Israeli Mediterranean coast, and complete with two black dolphins locked below in a hilarious, fishy Yin and Yang formation, this irreverent masterpiece turns Botticelli's serious icon into a wonderfully witty, color-blocked comedy.
